How to add animated captions to a video

Why captions matter
Captions make a video usable with the sound off, easier to follow for many viewers, and accessible to people who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Generate them from the audio
In the Fantygen editor, open the Captions panel and pick a clip with speech. We transcribe it and add a timed captions layer for 1 credit per started minute.
Pick a style
Pop gives each line a short entrance. Karaoke highlights words as they are spoken. Plain keeps things calm for longer videos. Word highlighting is estimated within each line, so check it on fast speech.
Check and correct
Automatic transcription can misspell brand names and unusual words. Always watch the final video before you publish.
Keep it readable
Use short lines, strong contrast and a large size. Leave space for the platform's own buttons, especially on vertical video.
