You may not use Fantygen to create, upload or share:

• Sexual content or nudity of anyone.
• Any sexual or romantic content involving minors or child-like characters. We report this to the authorities where required.
• Depictions, voices or impersonation of real people without their consent, including public figures.
• Fraud, fake documents, fake endorsements or misleading deepfakes.
• Hate, harassment, graphic violence, self-harm or terrorist content.
• Content that infringes the rights of others.

When you use a real person's photo or voice, you confirm you have their explicit consent. Label AI-generated content where the law or a platform requires it.

We use automated checks and human review. We may block requests, remove content and suspend accounts. To report content, use the contact form.
