Failed generations

If a generation fails or is blocked by our safety checks, the credits return to your balance automatically.

Subscriptions and packs

Credits are a digital service delivered immediately. By purchasing you ask us to start right away. Where the law allows, this ends the right of withdrawal once delivery has started. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

Billing errors

If you were charged by mistake, contact us and we will review it. When a payment is refunded, the unspent credits from that payment are removed.

Cancelling

Cancel any time in Plan & billing. You will not be charged again.
