This policy explains how Fantygen processes personal data.

What we process

• Account: email, name, password hash.
• Billing: name, address, country, optional phone and tax number. Card details are entered at iyzico and never reach us.
• Content: prompts, uploads, generated files and editor projects.
• Technical: session data and IP address, for security.

Why

To provide the service and take payment, to keep it secure and enforce our policies, and to meet legal duties.

Who receives it

iyzico for payments, and OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to for generation and content safety checks. Those providers may be outside your country, including outside Turkey and the EU.

Faces and voices

Photos of people and voice recordings can be sensitive. They are processed only when you upload them and confirm consent, and only to create your result and check it against our policies.

Retention and your rights

You can delete generations and projects at any time. You may ask to access, correct, export or erase your data, or object to processing, through our contact form. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
