By creating a Fantygen account you agree to these terms.

The service

Fantygen lets you generate and edit images, video, avatars and audio using third-party AI models. Results vary and may be inaccurate. You review what you publish.

Accounts

You must be at least 18. Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Plans, credits and billing

• Plans are charged monthly in USD through iyzico and renew until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the period ends.
• Plan credits expire at the end of each period. Extra credit packs expire after 90 days. Credits have no cash value.
• Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

Your content

You keep your rights in what you upload and, as far as the law allows, in your results, including for commercial use. You give us the permission needed to process your content and send it to our model providers in order to run the service. You confirm you have the necessary rights and consents.

Acceptable use

Our Acceptable Use Policy applies. We may block content, remove it and suspend accounts that break it.

Liability

The service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
